Natural DisastersThis unit stemed from the disaster that has taken place in Haiti. My heart goes out to these victims. To provide background knowledge, we have researched as a class the geography, population, economic, and flag of Haiti. The students created a flap book and record their information learned. The students decided it was a good idea to start a CHANGE drive to help this victims. We have came together as a school community to collect change over a four week period.
